Ericsson has partnered with Vivvi to provide employer-sponsored backup childcare, backup elder care, and virtual tutoring. Employees can access 10 credits per year, across any of our programs.

1. Center Network Backup Childcare
Backup care for when your regular childcare plans fall through. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.
Ages: 0-12
Use: 1 credit/day per child

You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending onsite backup care. We recommend having this form completed by your pediatrician ahead of time so that your child can join us when you have a last minute emergency. Email us at backup@vivvi.com to receive your health forms.
2. In-Home Backup Child & Elder Care
Backup care in your home with a vetted caregiver, pending availability.
Ages: All Ages
Use: 1.875 credits (up to 2 children or 1 adult)
To Reserve Backup Care:
Vivvi will choose and coordinate care for you. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. Complete your booking request below:
*Employees’ parents and their spouse or domestic partners’ parents are eligible for elder back up care benefits. Those family members who are your biological, adoptive, step or foster parent, or any other individual who was in the role of parent to you or your spouse when you were a child and you are responsible for primary care for and/or financially support the family member.
3. Care Cash
A daily reimbursement* per day of backup care that you secure with a family member, local caregiver or neighborhood drop-in daycare center on your own.
*up to $100 USD or CAD equivalent
Ages: All Ages
Use: Up to 0.55 credits/day
Eligibility: Eligible programs include backup child care and backup elder care.
Regular child care expenses and extracurricular activities are not eligible for reimbursement. However, if your child's after school or regular child care plans are unavailable on a given day, you may submit reimbursement for an alternate backup option (e.g. a babysitter).
To Access:
Step 1: Enroll by securely submitting your bank details below.
Step 2: Request reimbursement by filling out this form.
Reimbursements must be submitted within 30 days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.
4. Virtual Tutoring
Students are matched with an academic tutor and meet once a week. Choose a particular subject area, specialized test prep (SAT, ACT, SHSAT) or executive functioning/study skills. Students also have access to drop in homework help M-Th evenings.
Each month includes weekly 1-hour virtual sessions.
Ages: 5-18 (grades K-12)
Use: 1.875 credits/month per child

5. Corporate Child Care Discounts

A live member of our Concierge team will be available to coordinate backup care requests during the hours of 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST. Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
