1. Center- Based Backup Childcare

Backup care for when your regular childcare plans fall through. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.

Ages: 0-12

Use: 1 credit/day per child

You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending onsite backup care. We recommend having this form completed by your pediatrician ahead of time so that your child can join us when you have a last minute emergency. A daily reimbursement* option for employees to make their own care arrangements with a family member, local caregiver, dog walker, or neighborhood drop-in daycare center. 

*up to $100 USD

Credits: 0.55/day

Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.

4.  Virtual Tutoring

Grades K-12

Students are matched with an academic tutor and meet once a week. Choose a particular subject area, specialized test prep (SAT, SHSAT, ISEE) or executive functioning/study skills.

Students also have access to drop in homework help M-Th.

Each month includes weekly 1-hour virtual sessions.

Ages: 5-18 (grades K-12)

Credits: 2 credits covers 1 month of tutoring per child
