In an age where there’s a gadget for everything—from “smart” cribs to high-tech monitors and sound machines—it’s easy for parents to wonder: are we helping our little ones sleep better… or just driving ourselves crazy trying to get it perfect?

Join us for an expert conversation with “My Sleep Friend” Spenser Lipton, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, and Brooke Spector, MD, pediatrician, co-founder of My Pediatrician Friend, as we unpack the role of technology in your child’s sleep.

We’ll explore:

  • What “smart” sleep products actually help—and which might be adding stress
  • How to build healthy sleep habits without relying on gadgets
  • The truth about white noise, night lights, and sleep trackers
  • How to know when tech is helping you versus confusing you
  • Practical, guilt-free ways to simplify bedtime routines

Whether you’re a first-time parent or deep in toddler territory, this session will leave you with a clearer sense of what your child really needs to get good rest—and what you can finally take off your nightstand.
