Between social media trends, supplement marketing and well-meaning advice from every direction, it can be hard to know what actually matters when feeding young children. Join us for an evidence-backed conversation with Gaby Cohen, Pediatric Registered Dietitian at The Lanby, as we separate nutrition fact from fiction for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, and unpack current research about supporting growing bodies in the first five years.

We’ll cover questions like:

  • Are “immune-boosting” foods and supplements actually backed by research?

  • Is there really such a thing as too much sugar in early childhood?

  • Are packaged and convenience foods harming my child — or can they fit into a healthy diet
This session is designed to help families feel informed, calm, and confident — with practical, research-backed guidance for home and daycare.
