1. Onsite Backup Care

Backup care for when your regular child care plans fall through. Available at one of Vivvi's NYC campuses, including our 55 Hudson Yards location, or partner centers nationwide. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.

Ages: 0-5

Credits: 1 credit per child/day

You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending onsite backup care. We recommend having this form completed by your pediatrician ahead of time so that your child can join us when you have a last minute emergency.

2.  In-Home Backup Care

Backup care in your home with a vetted caregiver, pending availability.

Ages: All Ages

Credits: 2 credits/ 8 hour day (up to 2 dependents)

To Reserve Backup Care:

Option 1: Vivvi will choose and coordinate care for you. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. If you would like us to choose a caregiver for you using one of our local agency partners, please complete your booking request below:

Option 2 (NYC only):

Choose your own caregiver. Vivvi has a partnership with The Sitter Club, and all of their caregivers are vetted and background checked:

• Download “The Sitter Club” in the App Store or Google Play and register with your work email. You can change your email address once you're in the app.
• Tap “Book” and enter your booking details. 1 Sit = 1 day of care (2 credits). If you need multiple days covered, post multiple Sits. For a Vivvi Sit, the rate is $25/hour. Be sure to include the rate in the “Caregiver Notes."
• Vivvi will reimburse you for up to 8 hours and the entire booking fee. Once your care takes place, submit your reimbursement request here. If we do not already have your bank details, please securely submit that information by completing this form.

3.  Care Cash

Up to $100 of reimbursement per day of backup care that you secure with a family member, local caregiver or neighborhood drop-in daycare center on your own.

Ages: All Ages

Credits: 0.55 credits for every $100 reimbursed.

After school programs and regular child care expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. However, if your child's after school or regular child care plans are unavailable on a given day, you may submit reimbursement for an alternate backup option (e.g. a babysitter).

Step 2: Request Reimbursement by filling out this form. 

Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 business days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.

4.  Corporate Child Care Discounts

Squarespace employees have access to a corporate discount at any Vivvi campus or at one of our partner centers nationwide. Employees also receive a 10% discount towards our in-home caregiver placement service.
