In-Home Backup Child Care and Elder Care
Available from the comfort of your home with a vetted and experienced caregiver.
Details
Book in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability.
- Availability: Nationwide
- Ages: 6 wks - 12 years and adults of all ages
- Credits : 2 credits/day for up to 2 children or 1 adult
Center-Based Backup Child Care
Available at one of Vivvi's partner centers nationwide, near your home or work.Details
Book in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability.
- Availability: Nationwide
- Ages: 6 wks - 5 yrs, with select centers accommodating school-age children
- Credits : 1 credit/day per child
- Center- Based Requirements: You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending center-based backup care.
Drop-In Summer Camp
Vivvi has partnered drop-in summer camps for school-age children.
Details
Book up to 4 weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability
- Availability: Nationwide
- Ages: Grades preK-8
- Credits: 1 credit/day per child
- Partner Camps: Kids in the Game, Soccer Stars, KinderCare, WonderCamp
Care Cash
Receive up to $100 to source a caregiver through your personal network. Your personal network can only be used if you are unable to secure your preferred mode of care through Vivvi.

Eligible Expenses include backup child care, backup adult care with the provider of your choice.- Availability: Nationwide
- Ages: 6 weeks - 12 years
- Credits: 0.55 credits for every $100 reimbursed
To Access:

*Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.
Reproductive Health Travel Reimbursement
Travel expense reimbursement (hotel, gas, airfare) for employees who have to travel out of state to access abortion services.
Credits: unlimited for this service
Eligibility: Procurated employees who live in states where abortion is illegal

A live member of our Concierge team will be available to coordinate backup care requests during the hours of 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST. Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
A few reminders:
24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Please keep in mind that any cancellations must be submitted 24 hours or more in advance of the start time of your booking. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before start time of care will be nonrefundable and your day will be deducted.
Sick Policy: If your child becomes ill before care takes place, please reach out and let us know by emailing backup@vivvi.com. We are unable to provide care for a child with a contagious illness (i.e. Covid-19 positive) or severe symptoms (fever of 100.4 or greater, vomit, or diarrhea).
