Care & Learning is not one size fits all. As an employee you have options!
Center-Based Backup Care & Drop-in Camp
Available across Vivvi's partner centers throughout the US, close to home or work.
During the summer, select centers offer drop-in camp for children ages 3-12. To learn more about the options closest to you and to reserve care, see the link below!
Details
Book up to 30 days in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability.
- Ages: Infant through school age
- Credits: 1 credit per child/day

Co-Pay: $15 per day for 1 child and $25 per day for multiple children
In-Home Backup Care
Backup care for children or elders & adults in your home with a vetted caregiver sourced through Vivvi's national partner agencies
Details
Use the booking request form below so our Concierge can start coordinating your care.
- Ages: All ages including elder/adult care
- Credits: 2 credits/ 8 hour day (up to 2 children or 1 adult)
- Co-Pay: $30 per day
Care Cash
Up to $100 of reimbursement per day of backup care that you secure with a family member, local caregiver or neighborhood drop-in daycare center on your own.
Details
- Eligible Expenses: Eligible programs include back up child care or back up adult & elder care sourced via a family member that is not a parent of the child, a neighbor, preferred babysitter, or drop-in center that is not part of Vivvi's network.
- Ineligible Expenses: Regular child care expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. However, if your child's after school or regular child care plans are unavailable on a given day, you may submit reimbursement for an alternate back up option (e.g. a babysitter).
- Ages: all ages
- Credit usage: 0.6 credits for every $100 reimbursed

Virtual Tutoring
Students are matched with a tutor and meet weekly. Choose a particular subject area, college test prep, executive functioning or study skills.
Details
Students work with their tutor weekly for 1-hr virtual sessions and have access to drop-in tutoring nightly for homework help.
- Ages: Grades K-12
- Credits: 2 credits/month per child
- Co-Pay: $15 per child per month
Corporate Child Care Discounts
