Stephanie Middleberg, MS, RD, CDN. Stephanie Middleberg, is the founder of Middleberg Nutrition, a health and wellness practice where she helps individuals and families with all aspects of nutrition. She is the best-selling author of The Big Book of Organic Baby Food, The Big Book of Organic Toddler Food, and The Big Book of Pregnancy Nutrition. A sought-after expert, Stephanie has been featured in outlets like Good Morning America, Harper’s Bazaar, and Elle, and serves as the founding Nutritional Advisor for Little Spoon. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
Catherine “Cat” Caban is the Head of School at Vivvi Carnegie Hill. She is dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for young learners. Throughout her tenure at Vivvi, Cat has held both classroom and leadership roles, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work. Cat holds a Teacher Certification from Brooklyn College and Master of Education from Empire State University. Cat is a proud mother to a toddler currently enrolled at Vivvi. She channels her creativity into writing children’s picture books and enjoys kickboxing as a tool for promoting social-emotional well-being.
