Available to all Havas employees nationwide through Vivvi
Havas has partnered with Vivvi to provide 5 days of free emergency backup child or elder care for days when you’re faced with changes to your regular child care routine.

1. Center Backup Care
Backup care for when your regular child care plans fall through. Available at one of Vivvi's NYC campuses or partner centers nationwide. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.
Ages: 0-5
Use: 1 day covers 1 child

You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending onsite backup care. We recommend having this form completed by your pediatrician ahead of time so that your child can join us when you have a last minute emergency.

2. In-Home Backup Care
Backup care in your home with a vetted caregiver, pending availability.
Ages: Children ages 0-12 and Adults/Elders
Use: 1 day covers up to 2 children or 1 adult (8 hour day)
To Reserve Backup Care:
Vivvi will choose and coordinate care for you. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. If you would like us to choose a caregiver for you using one of our local agency partners, please complete your booking request below:
3. Care Cash
Up to $100 of reimbursement per day of backup care that you secure with a family member, local caregiver or neighborhood drop-in daycare center on your own.
Ages: All Ages
Use: 1 day is equal to each $100 reimbursed.
After school programs and regular child or elder care expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. However, if your child's after school or regular child care plans are unavailable on a given day, you may submit reimbursement for an alternate backup option (e.g. a babysitter).
To Access:
Step 1: Enroll by securely submitting your bank details below. If you have used Care Cash before, you do not need to resubmit your bank details.
Step 2: Request Reimbursement by filling out this form.
Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 business days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.
4. Corporate Child Care Discounts
Havas employees have access to a corporate discount at any Vivvi campus or at one of our partner centers nationwide. Employees also receive a 10% discount towards our in-home nanny placement service.

A live member of our Concierge team will be available to coordinate backup care requests during the hours of 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST. Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
