Backup Child Care

Available at Vivvi's NY campuses and partner centers nationwide, or from the comfort of your home with a vetted caregiver.

Details

Ages: 6 wks - 12 yrs
Credits: 1 credit per child per day (center)
2 credits per 8 hour day (up to 2 children)

Center- Based Requirements: You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending center-based backup care.

Backup Elder Care

Backup care for elders provided by a fully vetted caregiver sourced via Vivvi's partner agencies nationwide.

Virtual Tutoring

Students are matched with a tutor and meet weekly. Choose a particular subject area, college test prep or study skills.

Details
Each month includes 1-hr virtual sessions and access to drop in homework help M-Th during the school year.

Ages: Grades K-12
Credits: 2 credits per month per child for 1 hour sessions or 1 credit per month per child for 30 minute sessions.

Care Cash

A daily rate reimbursement when you secure your own backup child or elder care with a local caregiver.

Up to $165 per day in reimbursement when securing your own child or elder backup care provider.

Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
