1. Onsite Backup Care

Backup care for when your regular child care plans fall through. Available at one of Vivvi's partner centers nationwide. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.

Ages: 0-5

Credits: 1 credit per child/day

You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending onsite backup care. We recommend having this form completed by your pediatrician ahead of time so that your child can join us when you have a last minute emergency. 

2.  In-Home Backup Care

Backup care in your home with a vetted caregiver, pending availability.

Ages: All Ages

Credits: 2 credits/ 8 hour day (up to 2 dependents)

Vivvi will choose and coordinate care for you. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. Please complete your booking request below:

3.  Care Cash

A daily rate reimbursement option for employees to make their own arrangements with a family member, local caregiver, or neighborhood drop-in daycare center.

Value: $100

To Access:

Step 1: Enroll by securely submitting your bank details below. If you have used Care Cash before, you do not need to resubmit your bank details.

Step 2: Request Reimbursement by filling out this form. 

Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 business days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.

4.  Virtual Tutoring

Students are matched with an academic tutor and meet once a week. Choose a particular subject area, specialized test prep (SAT, SHSAT, ISEE) or executive functioning/study skills. 

Each month includes weekly 1-hour virtual sessions. Tutoring is provided in English. If you require tutoring in your native language, please let us know and we will see if we have a tutor within our network to support.

Ages: 5-18 (grades K-12)

Credits: 2 credits/month per child
