Center Backup Care
Available at one of Vivvi's New York campuses or at one of our partner centers nationwide.
Details
Book up to four weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability
- Availability: Nationwide
- Ages: 6 wks - 5 yrs
- Credits: 1 credit per child per day
- Reserve Care: Complete your booking request here
- Center- Based Requirements: You will be required to have an updated health form for your child on file before attending center-based backup care.
In-Home Backup Care
Backup care for children and elders provided by a fully vetted caregiver sourced via Vivvi's partner agencies nationwide.

A live member of our Concierge team will be available to coordinate backup care requests during the hours of 9 AM EST - 6 PM EST. Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
