Center Network Backup Care

Use when your regular child care falls through. Available at Vivvi campuses, partner centers in Vivvi's network,  Bright Horizons (Marlborough, MA location) and New Horizon Academy (Arden Hills, MN & Maple Grove, MN location).

Details
Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability. No more than 5 consecutive days of backup care can be used.

• Ages: 6 wks - 5 yrs
• Co-Pay: $10/day per child for Vivvi's partner network. For Bright Horizons & New Horizon Academy, your out of pocket expense are reimbursable up to $175 per use, less a $10 co-pay per child

Please coordinate care directly with the center. Pay for backup care out of pocket, and then submit your receipt and request for reimbursement through Vivvi Care Cash.

In-Home Backup Child & Elder Care

Backup care for children or elders in your home with a vetted caregiver sourced via Vivvi's partner agencies nationwide or through Bambino (childcare only)

Details
Option 1: Vivvi Concierge Service. Vivvi will choose and coordinate care for you. If you would like us to choose a caregiver for your child/ren using one of our local agency partners, please complete the booking request form below. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. No more than 5 consecutive days of backup care can be used.

• Ages: 0-12 & adults of all ages
• Co-Pay: $5/hr per dependent (up to 2 children or 1 adult); cap of $10/hr

Option 2: Choose your own caregiver through Vivvi's  partner, Bambino. No more than 5 consecutive days of backup care can be used.

• Ages: 0-12
• Co-Pay: $5/hr per dependent (up to 2 children or 1 adult); cap of $10/hr
  
  • Download the Bambino app
  • Create a profile
  • Enter the referral code VIVVI (not promo code) when setting up your profile
  • Choose an Elite Sitter (these sitters are background checked)
  • Schedule care for the dates you need backup
  • Pay your sitter
  • Once your care takes place, submit your reimbursement request here. Vivvi will reimburse you for up to 8 hours of care and any booking fees. If we do not already have your bank details, please securely submit that information here.

Care Cash Reimbursements

Up to $175/day reimbursement for backup care secured at Boston Scientific's onsite centers, including through New Horizon Academy (Arden Hills, MN & Maple Grove, MN) or Bright Horizons (Marlborough, MA), less a $10 co-pay per child.

Receive up to $100 to source a caregiver through your personal network. Your personal network can only be used if you are unable to secure care through Vivvi, New Horizon Academy, Bright Horizons or Bambino.

Eligible Expenses: Eligible programs include backup child care and backup elder care.

Ineligible Expenses: After school programs, summer camps and regular child care expenses are not eligible for reimbursement. However, if your child's after school or regular child care plans are unavailable on a given day, you may submit reimbursement for an alternate backup option (e.g. a babysitter). No more than 5 consecutive days of backup care can be used.

• Ages: 0-12 & adults of all ages

  Boston Scientific's Onsite Centers - $10 co-pay per child
  Personal Network - Any cost incurred by the employee beyond the reimbursement limit

For reimbursements for your personal network, first submit a backup care request by completing the Request Backup Child or Elder care reservation forms. If Vivvi, New Horizon Academy, Bright Horizons or Bambino is unable to fill care on that date, your may source your own caregiver, pay out of pocket, and then submit for reimbursement (up to $100).

*Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.

Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM  - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
