Boston Mutual has partnered with Vivvi to provide backup care, elder care and backup care reimbursements though Vivvi's Care Cash program.
Employees can access 10 care & learning credits per year, across any of our programs.

1. Center-Based Backup Care
United States
Backup care for when your regular child care plans fall through. Available at one of Vivvi's partner centers nationwide. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability.
Ages: 0-5
Credits: 1 credit/day per child
To Reserve Backup Care:
Complete your booking request here.
You will need an updated health form for your child before they can attend onsite backup care. We recommend having your pediatrician complete this form by your ahead of time so your child can access care when you have a last-minute emergency.
2. In-Home Backup Care
United States
Backup care from your home with a vetted and experienced caregiver. Care can be booked up to four weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability.
Ages: All Ages
Credits: 2 credits cover 8 hours of care for up to 2 dependents

Vivvi will coordinate care on your behalf. All caregivers are fully vetted and background checked. Please complete your booking request below, and a member of our team will secure care for your family:
3. Care Cash
United States
Up to $100 of reimbursement per day for backup care that you secure with a family member, local caregiver or neighborhood drop-in daycare center on your own.
Ages: All Ages
Credits: 0.6 credits for every $100 reimbursed.
Eligibility: Eligible programs include backup child care and backup elder care. After-school programs and regular childcare expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
To Access:
Step 1: Enroll by securely submitting your bank details below. You do not need to resubmit your bank details if you have used Care Cash before.
Step 2: Request Reimbursement by filling out this form.
Reimbursements must be submitted within 5 business days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.
4. Corporate Child Care Discounts
Boston Mutual employees can access a corporate discount at any Vivvi partner center nationwide.
Ages: 0-5
Availability: 2, 3 and 5-day schedules are available
Locations: Partner Centers Nationwide, including Little Sprouts and KinderCare schools

Our after hours on call team is monitoring urgent same and next day requests between the hours of 6 AM - 9 AM EST and 6 PM - 12 AM EST. If your request is within 24 hours, our after hours team will work on your request and get back to you once care is confirmed, pending availability.
