Backup care for when your regular child care plans fall through. Available at one of Vivvi's NYC campuses or partner centers nationwide, including in Brooklyn, Hudson, NY or close to home. Book up to two weeks in advance or as late as the morning of, pending availability at one of our campuses.

Ages: 0-5

Credits: 1 credit per child/day

In-Home Backup Care

United States

Backup care in your home or your loved ones home with a vetted caregiver, pending availability.

Ages: Children 0-12 and adults of all ages

Credits: 2 credits/ 8 hour day (up to 2 children or 1 adult)

Care Cash

Global

A daily reimbursement of up to $150/day for when you secure your child care, summer camp or elder care and up to $75/day for pet care with the provider of your choice. 

Ages: All Ages

Availability: child care, elder care, summer camp, pet care

Credits: 

Pet Care : 0.45 credits (up to $75/day)       

Child & Elder Care: 0.9 credits (up to $150/day)

Eligibility: Eligible programs include backup child care, backup elder care and summer camp expenses! Eligible summer camp programs are day camps that occur on work days. Learn more here.

Step 1: Enroll by securely submitting your bank details below. If you have used Care Cash before, you do not need to resubmit your bank details.

Step 2: Request Reimbursement by filling out this form. 

Reimbursements must be submitted within five business days after your care takes place. Vivvi will reimburse you once the care has occurred.

Virtual Tutoring

Global
Students are matched with an academic tutor and meet once a week. Choose a particular subject area, specialized test prep (SAT, SHSAT, ISEE) or executive functioning/study skills. Students also have access to drop in homework help M-Th.

Each month includes weekly 1-hour virtual sessions.

Summer Camp

Vivvi has partnered several camps to offer drop-in summer camps for school-age children. Partner camps include Kids in the Game, Wondercamp, KinderCare, Soccer Stars and more!

Corporate Child Care Discounts

Etsy employees have access to a  corporate discount at any Vivvi campus, including our Dumbo campus right across the street from Etsy's HQ, or one of our partner centers nationwide. Employees also receive a 10% discount towards our in-home nanny placement service.
